Bengal won the Elite Group 'B' Ranji Trophy match against Bihar despite losing twelve wickets on the opening day. The last time Bengal bowlers dominated their rivals was against Uttar Pradesh in a single session at Kanpur. The Bengal pace trio of Mukesh Kumar, Suraj Jaiswal, and Mohammed Kaif dismissed Bihar for 95 after winning the toss.
